Hands up if you'd forgotten about this one? We'd put our hands up as well, only then we wouldn't be able to type out this article, so you'll just have to imagine that we're joining in. Deathverse: Let It Die was announced a while back as a sort of successor to Let It Die, and now we're on the verge of release. The game is launching on PS5 and PS4 on 28th September, a little before its arrival on PC.
The launch trailer above will give you the gist — this is a third-person melee brawler that's all about crazy weapons and being the last one standing. It's a free-to-play battle royale with buzzsaws and oversized swords, and it looks ridiculous. Set thousands of years after the original game, players partake in a popular TV show, killing each other to gain popularity among viewers.

It might give it a shot, although I would have preferred another single player LiD.
I remember playing Let it die a lot when it first came out and loving it so glad a new one is com-- hold up...
Battle Royal?
Bruh...
If they have Uncle Death in this, and it’s revealed to have a much deeper story and okay hiding underneath, I’ll give it a go
Played the beta a few months ago, and unless SUBSTANTIAL work has been on it this game will be dead in a month.
doesn't look as exciting as anarchy reigns. That game was ahead of its time. With the capabilities of today's consoles that game would have been a really fun moba.
